The first mainland pub refurbishment for Manx client Heron and Brearley on Hardman St in Liverpool. Originally Kirkland's bakery, and subsequently a wine bar of the same name, we freshened up Fly in the Loaf by creating a cleaner, more neutral colour scheme with flashes of bold oranges to complement the timber.

We also opened up the space by refurbishing the stunning curved glazing on the facade and let the light pour in. We removed carpets and introduced recycled woven vinyl flooring to aid housekeeping and minimise unwanted scents.
