Our process always starts with listening; typically clients have a story to tell and we bring the expertise to translate this into an engaging experience.
Our processes and procedures are formalised in the Stuco Plan of Work, a tried and tested exhibitions focused version of the RIBA plan of work. This becomes a benchmark for every stage of a project, ensuring consistency and transparency with the client team.
Our Process
-
From the top - we have the skills to assess what might be missing from a project or if there is a need to fulfil an objective but you are not sure how to do it.
-
Handholding - not every client has been here. We translate goals into briefs, keeping it realistic through budget / time / users / client identity.
-
The Creative Stage - establishing the project identity. Bringing ideas to the table, we marry client needs with creative solutions.
-
On to something - the most concentrated period. Refining the proposal, approximating costs, sourcing buy-in options, graphic templates.
-
The nuts + bolts stage - bringing creative ideas to fruition. Technical detailing of all build elements, artworking graphics. Costs are finalised. T’s crossed, I’s dotted.
-
Time to literally make it happen - coordinating build and graphic production partners to allow for seamless project delivery.
-
The finished result - we hand over to the client ensuring they are happy and all snagging is complete.
We’re a multi-skilled team of specialist designers from the complementary backgrounds of architecture, product design, interior design & community engagement.
