On a restricted budget, an eighties Jewellers on Pollokshaws Road had to transfer into a high-end cheesemonger and deli. Much of the budget went into doing things properly; making sure Planning and Building Control were satisfied was paramount and by stripping away internal facias we realised that the services needed a major upgrade.

Clean, bespoke servery units, focused lighting, a galley kitchen and shelving were how we created the contrast to the now industrial shell of the space. Rachna and her team have quickly become an integral part of the South Side scene.
